  • Promote your property to the colleagues in my office, and to the Multiple Listing Service members.
  • Assist you to coordinate repairs, inspections and appraisals if required.
  • Where appropriate, to hold open houses on your behalf. These are a surprisingly effective way of presenting a home to the public.
  • Show it to potential buyers in such away as to emphasize its best advantages.
  • Advertise effectively in all aspects of social media, as well in appropriate periodicals, including The Housing Guide, The Register Guard, etc., in addition to our signs on your property, which are an effective advertising tool.
  • Screen buyers to determine if they are emotionally and financially prepared to buy.
  • Give you regular progress reports, and be readily available.
  • Negotiate in your best interest when an offer is made. Set up escrow, and represent you through the closing process.
